I stayed in this hotel in May 2012, Considering it is a post Soviet hotel I found the air conditioned room adequate, tidy and acceptable for the cost(very reasonable). Service was good even with language barriers and the hotel is located in a perfect position being in the center of town with everything within walking distance. There is a good restaurant adjoining the reception area which is very modern, good service and the food was very good. Prices were very reasonable also. Recommended!
